beef, potatoes, carrots, enoki mushrooms
having it after a while, super comforting

my recipe if anyone wants:
cook 1tb of minced garlic and some spring onions in 1tb sesame oil
add however much beef, pepper – continue to cook
add 1 heaped tb doenjang, 1 heaped tb gochujang, however much potatoes and carrots chopped in small pieces. mix the pastes with the ingredients. add 250ml beef or chicken stock water (add majority of it first, while it boils add in the rest bit but bit). boil for 15 mins, add the enoki mushrooms and let the residual heat cook the mushrooms.

easy, quick prep and my go to when i’m craving something soupy and hot
