It was between Kamado vs. Traeger … I went Traeger but appreciate your decision!

Great Dutch kamado! If you haven’t already, check to see if the the top vent has too much slack. It’s a known problem with this model and is a warranty case 🙂

You don’t fire up a kamodo. You slowly bring it to temperature.
