Eat super, super healthy most of the time. Then you can enjoy some less healthy things (sweets, fast foods, meth) in moderation and it balances out

Eating healthy doesn’t equal shitty food. Can it take some adjustment to eat more vegetables, fruits, grains, lean meats, etc. if you’re not used to it? Sure. But there are recipes for delicious healthy meals all over Reddit and elsewhere. Don’t treat this as a punishment, treat it as an opportunity to get creative and try new things.

Air fried mini potatoes are also healthy and go hard. Salt/pepper/garlic powder, cut em up into halfâs or quartered halves, air fry at 400 for 13 min. Bone apple teeth bitch

In all seriousness, this is looking good but the next big level up is what you can do to what I assume is the spinach on the right.
Recently learned a trick from a friend where instead of boiling or sauteing it – which takes a lot of the nutrients out while handling it a bit too harshly – you rest it in a sieve and then pour boiling water from a kettle through it. That’s all you need to blanche it. A tiny bit of butter and seasoning and you’ve got some very tasty and perfectly cooked spinach in a fraction of the time it usually takes.
