This was probably the best roasted chicken I’ve ever had in my 37 years of life and I’m very much southern.
Crispy skin…check.
Moist and juicy…check.
Seasoned and flavored to an inch of its life…check.
Post coitus noises after each bite…mmmm ooooooohhhh uhhhhhhnnnn check.
(This was also pretty cheap. Whole bird, jerk seasoning, salt and oil)
