* Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on each toasted bagel half. * Layer each bottom half of the bagel with cress salad leaves. * Place a cooked salmon fillet on top of the cress. * Add a few slices of fresh figs on the salmon. * Sprinkle toasted walnuts over the figs. * Top with a spoonful of cooked grains. * Cover with the other half of the bagel.
