I actually priced up the cost of making pizza at home from scratch… And it came to about £1.16 per pizza. So if I see a pizza priced above £1, I won’t buy it unless it’s as a convenience thing. Just having something to toss in the oven. And even then, Dough keeps for over a week. So I can see myself making a batch of dough and portioning it into containers and having fresh pizza throughout the week, with the only work being stretching out the dough, dressing the pizza and preheating the oven.
