This is now the third recipe I’ve tried from your channel and they’ve all been GREAT! Definite “keepers!” This one is restaurant quality! Was the sun dried tomato oil you used the packing oil from a jar of them or is there actually an oil you can buy in a bottle? I ended up using just EVOO, and it seemed to work fine. Asiago cheese is terrific! I thought I knew what it tasted like, but this dish had a whole new flavor. Not just a Parmesan knockoff. Thanks for your awesome channel dedicated to great food!
