I remember your first post.
I scrolled by and winced a little, but didn’t comment, because people on this sub will roast you enough.
I’m commenting now, because your first steak made me wince immediately, but this one made me say “Oooooh nice” the second I saw it.
Much improved!
ETA – gonna be a little rare for most here, but I like my cow to moo when I take a bite!

Looks like you kicked them veggies out of the pan this time.
Kidding aside, it looks like you got a great sear on it and if you were aiming for rare you nailed it.
Good on ya, boss.

If you’re tired just go take a nap buddy!

Cooked perfectly. Maybe could have let it rest a bit more though. Still looks juicy regardless

The latest cook looks delicious. Nice work. Enjoy!
Agreed with the person who said to let it rest a bit longer, so the juices redistribute through the meat instead of onto the cutting board.

Don’t cook the steak and veggies on the same pot, the moisture of the vegetables will make the steak boil, second picture, is better, I eat that, first looks well done and boil looking so not so much appetizing

Kudos – but if you want to continue to improve, that steak is well done outside, then medium and rare in the center… little bit of everything.
A hotter sear, removing the pan from the heat and rotating frequently will give you a much more even cook throughout.
I don’t say this to criticize your steak is already better than most humans cook on this earth,, I say this for your improvement because you seem interested and obviously capable.
