
I used to just buy premade acorn jelly from H Mart. Then I discovered acorn powder and started making the jelly at home. It takes time but not that complicated, and I get a LOT of acorn jelly. Tastes so good with sliced cucumber, carrots, sesame leaves. You could use whatever other veggies you like, but sesame leaves are what makes this dish amazing in my opinion. I used soy sauce, Korean chilli powder, sesame oil, garlic, and sliced green onions for the dressing.
