Learn how to make delicious oven-baked potato wedges with Parmesan cheese, spices and *herbs de Provence. This potato appetizer is pretty easy to make and very tasty to eat.

*If you don’t have herbs de Provence, you can add some dried herbs such as thyme, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, basil, fennel, chervil, tarragon, savory or lavender. Just take a little pinch of each, in any combination you desire.

– 4 medium potatoes, washed
– 4 tablespoons of olive oil
– 60 g (2.1 oz) of all-purpose flour
– 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon of herbs de Provence
– 1 teaspoon of paprika
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

  1. I truly loved the recipe although I didn't care for the music. It was a little too Jazzercise, but it did not stop me from watching the cooking. Loved that it was 350 instead of 500. I think you totally nailed that part completely. Great job.
