Homemade butternut squash soup is a mainstay for me. Grilled cheese with light wheat, slice of cheddar, and laughing cow light wedge. The addition of the laughing cow is a game-changer for my grilled cheese’s, much more decadent than the one sad slice I had been doing previously!

That’s a really good idea! I like to use vegan cheese- a slice of simply V comes out to 54 calories, which is nearly half of a regular cheese slice. If you don’t mind it being vegan, that’s also a thing to try out!
I dont but it sounds good. I have switched recently to a low fat cream cheese (I am not usually a person that does low fat stuff) but I found one that is a bit like being in-between creme fraiche and cream cheese so I am chucking it on rye bread with my soups etc
