MEASUREMENTS AND RECIPE LINKS:
Red Beans and Rice

I had never made this recipe before so here is the original recipe link:

But here is what I did:
-1/2 a yellow onion chopped
-1 green bell pepper chopped
-1 package of smoked turkey sausage
-1 (15 oz) can of undrained red kidney beans
-1 (15 oz) can of dark red kidney beans drained
-1/2 cup of chopped celery
-1 tbsp of minced garlic
-1/2 tsp of salt
-1/4 tsp of cayenne
-1/2 tsp of chili powder
-2 tsp of Worcestershire

Serve over rice or riced cauliflower to cut down carbs.
Cook on a low heat for 4-5 hours until everything is tender.

What I did differently than the original recipe:
I used one less can of kidney beans and I also replaced one can with Dark Red kidney beans. I may have used a bit less celery. I used half an onion. I used 1 tbsp of minced garlic instead of 2 tsp. I used 2 tsp of Worcestershire instead of 1 tbsp. I added cayenne, and doubled the chili powder. Mine made a little less than the original recipe.

Pulled Pork
-1 tbsp of paprika
-1/2 tbsp of garlic powder
-1/2 tbsp of onion powder
-1/2 tsp of pepper
-1/2 tsp of cinnamon
-1/4 tsp of ground ginger
-2 pork tenderloins, silver skins removed
-1 cup of chicken broth
-1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce at start
Add more bbq sauce at the end… another 1/2 cup to a cup depending on preference.
Cook on a low heat for around 7-8 hours.
Should shred very easily.
I served on a brioche bun/ a sweet potato with corn on the cob and watermelon.

Pepper Steak over Rice

Crockpot Pepper Steak

What I did differently:
I used one less bell pepper I added 1/2 tsp of pepper and waited until the end to add salt.
Salt to taste. I also added 6 oz of sliced mushrooms. and 3 tbsp of minced garlic instead of 3 tsp like the recipe said. and 1/4 tsp of garlic was added at the end.
Cook over low heat for 5-6 hours until steak is tender.
Serve over rice.

My family Fav Chicken and Noodles💕
-1 (26oz) can of cream of chicken soup
-1 (10oz) can of cream of chicken soup
-1 box of chicken broth (32 oz)
-1 stick of unsalted butter, cubed
-1 pack of family size boneless
skinless chicken thighs, fat trimmed
-24 oz bag Reames frozen egg noodles
-4 tbsp cornstarch
-1/2 tsp of garlic powder
-salt and pepper to taste

First you need to add the chicken, broth, butter, and canned soups and cook over a high heat for 4 hours. Shred chicken and add back in. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook two more hours until thickened and noodles are cooked through.
