Recently discovered /u/ramen_lord ‘s ebook and got hooked on learning how to make a good bowl
This is a very basic shoyu Ramen. Basic chicken broth, standard shoyu rare, and all purpose scallion oil. Store bought fresh noodles, homemade sous vide chashu. The eggs are 6.5min soft boiled marinated in the leftover chashu marinade. I was lucky enough to find frozen narutomaki and jarred menma as well!
Overall super pleased with how it turned out. Tasted quite authentic and I can’t wait to experiment more. I have plans to next make a miso tare and try some spicy miso ramen.
