Recently, I went to San Fransisco and tried Garlic Noodles form the Original Restaurant (Thanh Long) and was shocked at how different they were than what I was used to. I immediately came home and tweaked my recipe to make it more authentic. While my spin was delicious, it was a bit too sweet, and way more saucy. If you want to compare them, give this one a try. 1. Man my family used to love Than Longs. They have really gone down hill. Last time we went they brought outt he garlic noodles… and they had no flavor😢

  2. This looks so wonderful! I am going to attempt the recipe with crab meat and shrimp! I will come back and give you my feedback! Thanks so much for sharing!

  3. Made this yesterday and it did not dissappoint. You could make one recipe a week and I'd be set for life. That roasted garlic flavor, though. I'm goinna try that pot roast next and then those Thanksgiving side dishes. Thanks so much for sharing you talent with the whole world!

  4. This recipe makes me happy! I am born and raised in SF and ThangLong is definitely the spot! Thank you! Can’t wait to try it!

  5. Very good but be cautious with the salt. Mine turned out a little salty. Will try again and leave the salt out of the shrimp seasoning.
