Hello All! I’m new to the community and your advice/recipes have already been so helpful 🙂 Recently bumped up my protein intake from 110g to 150g and this snack has been a great way to get extra protein!
*Fage Total 0% cup – 80 cal/16g protein
*1 scoop of Isopure Plain Protein Powder – 100 cal/25g protein
*1 tablespoon of Hidden Valley Ranch Powder (Creamy Dill flavor this time) – 10 cal
*A variety of veggies – 85 cal
*Positive Energy Tea by Yogi (no sugar added) – 0 cal
Total calories = 275 cal/41g protein
