chicken Recipe:
250grams of chicken breasts
1/2 Tsp of cumin
1/2 Tsp of tumeric
1/2 Tsp ofsalt
2 Tsp of olive oil
1/2 Tsp of paprika or chilli powder
juice of half a lemon

Rice recipe:
1 Cup of washed basmati rice
1 + 1/2 Cup of water
1 Tbsp of veg oil
1/2 Tsp of salt
1/2 Tsp of paprika
1/2 Tsp of cumin

Yogurt recipe:
1 Cup of Yogurt
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 Tsp of dried mint
1/4 Tsp of cumin
Salt as taste
