A ridiculously simple ice cream recipe that is ridiculously delicious! This mango ice cream is done in a blitz (literally!) using only a blender and 3-4 simple ingredients. Trust me, you’ll be amazed, as I was, at how good this ice cream is given how easy and quick it is to make! Now every time good sweet mango goes on sale I buy a whole bunch and freeze them just for this occasion! Just one note: mango makes up a very large proportion of this recipe so it’s really important that you use good, ripe mango for this! Enjoy!

Awesome video! Would it work with watermelon? Costco have some very sweet and juicy watermelon
I wonder if adding the Greek yogurt to Mango Lassi drink if this would also work? Or using Mango pulp from a tin as I use to make my own Mango Lassi, its just you would use Greek yogurt as against regular and less of it to make it thicker.
We call them carabao mangos in the Philippines. Because they are big.

I made this yesterday. I got my frozen mango chunks from Walmart. 2% Greek yogurt and honey. In fact I ended making two batches. You can add yogurt and honey to taste. I did not add lime. This is a 10 minute task. I let it freeze a little more than an hour and it was perfect. Next I plan on trying peanut butter banana, or chocolate banana peanut butter. Happy eating.

If you replace some of the honey with an invert sugar (corn syrup) the ice crystals should not be an issue. I will have to try this! It looks amazing. Not sure if I can get that type of mango though. May have to make a trip to my Asian market. Oh darn.

WOWWW!!! This is different from the usual mango + cream + condensed milk version I see everywhere else. I'll try both versions and let you know how this one turns out!
