Just wanted to make people aware that this lower calorie pasta is actually good! It’s not perfect, but truly the closest thing to real pasta I’ve ever tried. It is expensive so definitely more of a treat than an everyday staple. But pasta is my absolute favorite carb and having this as an option really helps when cutting! Found on Amazon.

I’ll have to try this soon. I usually buy Carbe Diem from amazon and I’ve really been enjoying that brand. Been looking for smaller sized pasta for a beefaroni recipe so this would work out well!
Looking at the [ingredients](https://pastashoppe.com/files/Amazon-Artisan-Ingredients-LowFat-6123.jpg) it doesn’t seem terrible, though pasta shouldn’t require manufactured gunk ingredients (in this case they use xanthan gum) to hold it together. That’s saying something about the quality of the product.
