Been looking at some recipes on it (but everyone seems to be FRYING them) and was HOPING you were hip to it! πŸ™‚ Gonna try it for a soiree next weekend! πŸ™‚ In return, here's a little diddy for YOU to try! πŸ™‚ Soak 8 oz of organic, unsalted cashews in water (just enough to cover them) and seal, overnight. Drain and blend with 5-6 good sized dates, add some cacao powder (easy does it on amount– I "eye-ball" it), blend until smooth and then freeze with a stick in the middle and you've got HEALTHY fudgesicles! πŸ™‚ My grandkids (as well as my GROWN kids) LOVE THEM! πŸ™‚ OH! And just in case you never knew this…. substitute sour cream for PLAIN GREEK YOGURT! I've been using it on my baked potatoes (with NO BUTTER) since 1987!! A real KEEPER! πŸ™‚ As a granny– you KNOW I have to have little "tricks" up my sleeve (where we can indulge without the "bad stuff). πŸ™‚ Your baked version of this is SO refreshing!
