    Love making these – easy and quick. Also, great to heat back up in the air fryer. Grilled on my weber kettle 26 using the vortex, then charred them at the end.

    Ingredients:
    – Bacon
    – Boneless chicken thighs
    – Your favorite rub/seasoning

    It love doing these, except I never buy boneless thighs. I have need to do the caveman gnawing.

    Asking a question and not meant as criticism at all, why did you leave the center insert in? If placing a piece of wood on it, I get it…but I always remove mine because the intense vortex heat does a number on the metal.

    I bet these would be good smoked too. May have to try these this week. Would be easy and quick enough.
