Spent a Saturday afternoon trying rib roast on Weber kettle for the first time. 4.3 lbs. Cooking temp between 350 to 425 degrees (f) took about 3 hours w 35 min rest. Took off grill at 121 degrees (f).

Prep w dijon mustard/salt/pepper/garlic/rosemary/thyme seasoning. Basted periodically w butter/garlic/thyme mix.
