   Made as a trial run for a holiday party later this month. I hope the second one turns out this good!

   Cake: [Sally’s Baking Addiction](https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/buche-de-noel-yule-log/#tasty-recipes-90691) – no rosemary in stock at my store so I used mint leaves to make the cranberries look like holly.

   Coconut Moss: [Bakers Brigade](http://www.bakersbrigade.com/recipe/spring-woodland-cake/) – I didn’t have Wilton at my store and my moss turned out a bit lighter than expected but still cute.
