  1. These ribs are insanely delicious!!! Made this today with your bbq sauce…mega deliciousness. I don’t use ketchup so substituted tomato sauce and now wish I had made a bigger batch of this sauce. Thank you Matt, you’ve given me a new way to enjoy ribs. I’m still ribbing 😋😋😋

  2. My recommendation for the membrane is to watch a Heath Riles baby backs video and his method makes removing the membrane so easy. Deep fried ribs are fire. Will definitely have to do it with the buttermilk brine and the sauce you made.
