
Sauteed broccoli with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Stirred salt, pepper, and onion powder into the egg which cooked in olive oil. Then put the english muffin halves in and had em pick up as much leftover oil as they could and moved em to one side to brown. Put a relitively large (for this sandwich) pile of shredded Mexican blend cheese on the other side of the skillet with a couple slices of one of those mini hams from fricks or similar brand on top. Bottom half got a good amount of tapatio mayo then egg and veg. When the cheese had browned on the bottom I flipped it and the ham onto the broccoli. Dee-fuckin-liciois
