Let’s start
Required ingredients- for spicy dip
Dry red chilies-8-10 big
Sugar-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Garlic – 3 cloves
Lime juice-2
Yogurt dip-ingredients-
Fresh yogurt or Greek yogurt-3 ladles
Salt to taste
Tahini- 2 tbsp
Falafel ingredients –
Chickpeas -3 cups over night soaked
Parsley
Onion -1/2
Garlic-6-7 cloves
Salt to taste
Sesame seeds -1/4 cup
Black pepper
Water as required
Oil for frying
Chickpeas flour- 2 tsp( if required)
For salad-
Red cabbage
Bell pepper
Onion
Lettuce
Cucumber
Any choice of vegetables
