  1. My Naturopathic Dr said that olive oil should not be heated. Would you mind giving me some advice on that? Great video! Very informative, interesting, and well paced!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

  2. Thanks for this concise information with lots of visuals. I would love to start the Mediterranean but have so many food intolerances after cdiff especially high fiber foods including several fruits, vegetables or other high fiber foods. It makes eating healthy so difficult. I need to function so end up eating mostly simple carbs.

    Is peanut butter part of the MD? It is a staple of my diet. What about dairy (something else I have no problem with)?

  4. Is there one standard definition of the Mediterranean Diet? For example, I don't eat grains or very many carbohydrates. Can I still call my diet "Mediterranean " if it is an intersection of the Mediterranean and Ketogenic Diets?
