  3. Chef Majk – love your videos and recipes…and also made a few with good results. But just for you to know, it’s parsnip, not parsley. Parsley is the green herb. Even so, your English is far better than my Romanian 😂

  4. In the beginning you said the soup is made with parsnip but later you said it's parsley root; are the two interchangeable?

    PS. Not a fan of using a thumbnail of a different soup that wasn't featured in the video. Pretty misleading.

  5. Will try this but will try smoking the pumpkin before roasting, before blitzing and after blitzing to really get that smokey flavour infused.
