We are making compound butter to season our holiday meats.
The recipe is super simple:
4 Sticks of unsalted softened butter
1 tablespoon of onions
1/2 teaspoon of parsley
2 tablespoons of chives
1 teaspoon of minced garlic squeeze
3 tablespoon Carters Spice Blend
1 teaspoon Italian blend
Stir, roll freeze!
