Ingredients:
4 tbsp salted butter, melted
¾ cup olive oil, divided
4 fresh garlic cloves, peeled and minced, divided
¼ tsp garlic salt
1-12 oz Ciabatta loaf, cut into 1 ½-inch cubes (9 cups)
4 heirloom tomatoes, quartered and sliced (5 cups)
1 English cucumber, halved and sliced (2 ½ cups)
½ red onion, peeled and chopped (1 cup)
12 fresh basil leaves, chopped (1 ¼ tsp)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp sea salt
