Stuffed mushrooms are a delightful appetizer. Here’s a recipe to make them:
Ingredients:
24 large button or cremini mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Stems from the mushrooms, finely chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for brushing)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Clean the mushrooms using a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely. Set the mushroom caps aside.
