  1. I love me some oatmeal! It's my pre-workout meal! Gives me the energy to get through hard workouts! Excellent video! Thanks

  2. I’ve learned a few things about oatmeal, I didn’t know. I have one average bowl of large, flat, organic (unprocessed) oats virtually everyday. I usually add nutritional yeast, Aduna Moringa, blueberries, and Stevia to sweeten. I never get tired of eating oatmeal.
Also I learned recently that oatmeal is full of iron.
Oatmeal is like every other health food, you have to listen to your body and avoid if it causes side affects.

  3. Just eat 3 eggs in the morning you won't miss this product!!😮 Most are just wrongly made and give gas duh🎉

  4. Great video. I hate how they have been demonizing oatmeal everywhere!! It is so good for you. I have been eating it since I was a child, for over 50 years now. It gives me great energy for my morning workout. I add in some nuts, cottage cheese, cinnamon and blueberries. Voila, a great hearty breakfast.

  5. Horseshit… oatmeal is a highly processed and devoid of nutrition carbohydrate which the body converts into glucose [blood sugar. It spikes one's insulin levels which is the complete opposite of being in good health. Anybody who is telling you that carbs are good for the body is a complete fraud.

  6. Despite the positive sounding blood sugar attributes of oatmeal mentioned in this video, most people who take the time to test their blood sugar (with a glucose meter) 30 minutes and 60 minutes after eating oatmeal will see their glucose spike considerably. This is a key reason why oatmeal should be avoided. It's something I learned from following the advice of cardiologist Dr. William Davis, author of Wheat Belly. He gets into a lot more detail on why we should not be eating grains, and that includes oatmeal.

  7. What a load of nonsense!! Especially the bit about fibre, first it is not a nutrient, and second it in indigestible, why would you want to eat something that you cannot digest. Next time you’re wondering what to have for breakfast, try some eggs and bacon.

  8. When most of Americans are overweight and don’t care that they are. This seemingly informative video will and does increase blood sugar. As the video shows most people need fruit, brown sugar, honey and who knows what else to make it taste better. Further increasing blood sugar. What a way to start your day 😢😢

  9. Did eat oatmeal over 20yrs every day. What did I get. A leaky gut. Huge stomac pains. CalPro test was 550 (normally under 50). All pain was gone in 48hrs after stopping to eat oatmeal, grains and wheat. What a relief. In 3 months CalPro was under 50 and no more pains and bloated stomac. Oats has gluten, gliadin, oxalates, glyphosates. That will kill you gut sooner or later.
