*Guys, my apologies for the bits of footage where I’m not in focus. There was something caught on my lens that was causing the focus function to mess up. I decided to upload this video anyway. After hours of filming I figured that the few moments of messed up focus wasn’t enough to make me trash this*

These chocolate chip cookies are the ideal chocolate chip cookies in my eyes. Crispy on the outside, and chewy on the inside. Not to forget bits of melty pools of chocolate all throughout the cookie. The BEST!

  1. Good thing he discovered light for his newer videos,
The quality improved sooooo much and i love it

  2. I have a couple of very important questions, should I set the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 3 hours? Or should I let the dough chill in the freezer for 24 hours? I know having cold and or chilled dough helps the cookies not spread as much. I want to know if that's going to help me out in this situation. I followed your recipe to the t but besides the type of chocolate, but I am about to freeze half of the batch and the other half in the refrigerator to set. I hope at the very least it doesn't affect the quality of the cookies and I hope at the very most that it was the correct thing to do and or it improves upon the recipe because I've consistently heard through my entire life that setting the dough in the refrigerator or freezer significantly improves the taste alone. So, I don't know, I don't have a control! LOL

  3. Thanks man. Wanted to try to make cookies and they turned out amazing and they tasted really good.

  4. I’ve been making these for YEARS now, but in my case they never turn out like his do. They’re still nice and taste amazing, but you just wouldn’t say they’re chocolate chip cookies. More like a fusion of cookie and cake. No cracks or anything. Very chewy tho ✔️

  5. Ok. Hear me out😊. What if you brown the butter and then caramelize the white sugar and in its liquid form, stream it in while mixing. This way you get the nuttiness from the butter and the taste of Carmel? I read that cookie science and saw that you can’t have both but maybe you can. 😅

  6. Just took your chocolate chip cookie recipe and replaced half of the flour with rice flour…YUM!!!! Love ya, man! 🎉
