Oh man I’ve never enjoyed chicken breast so much! Salted and peppered the day before and stuffed a lemon and some cloves of garlic before roasting. It’s so simple yet so delicious.

    How was the skin? Maybe it’s the lighting in the first photo but perhaps it looks like it could be a bit darker? Still looks amazing and if crispy then great job 👏

    Yup, roast chicken on a skillet seasoned all over is great. I don’t even truss mine anymore.

    Going from bag to skillet takes me like ten minutes tops. Only thing I tend to spend any time on is cutting the wishbone and making my rub from scratch.

  6. I’ve noticed he’s been using his toaster oven/air fryer for all sorts of things lately. Reverse seared steaks and even a Chicago thin crust pizza! Making me want to try to use my air fryer for more things like that.
