    * 162 g firm tofu
    * sesame seeds
    * spray oil
    * sauce: 1 T sesame oil, 1/4 cup of broth, dash of chili sauce, 1/4 c soy sauce, 1 T rice vinegar, 1 tsp brown sugar

    Looks great! How do you prepare your tofu? I’ve tried different methods but it’s so hard to get the texture right without using loads of oil.
