Not easy to get a good picture of lasagne, but this was some left over ragu in the freezer. Lasagne sheets made, Béchamel made and all put together for a lovely Sunday evening meal 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

That’s the benefit of making a big pot of ragu. Bag it, freeze it and use to make other dishes as of when 👍🇮🇹

Adam Ragusea has a [video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xER7YhsZcQ0&ab_channel=AdamRagusea) on Lasanga, he recommends cutting it cold, to get cleaner pieces, and then reheating the pieces separate on a baking sheet, so that each piece has 4 edges with nice crisp pasta.
Don’t get me wrong, yours look fantastic. Just maybe something of a guideline.
