I got a little bottle of their Habanero Honey Mustard sauce last night so I’m hoping that’s better than this sauce. No offense to this sauce it’s just not that flavourful to me idk why

The way I heard it explained once hot sauce stays good as long as the bottle doesn’t get contaminated like with the open top bottles when you dab it directly on food and some of the food gets on the bottle that those particles from the food can cause bacteria to grow

I’ve got an entire one of these in my fridge, bought it and tried and just a bit too hot. Eat that one instead man lol

Most of the time the hot sauce can stay good for 6 or more years past the date because the PH being so acidic. So long as you don’t get anything in the bottle (like food particles or anything from your fingers) then the sauce should be fine. If it still tastes good then you should be in the clear.
