Another good one! I actually ended up using olive oil instead of vegetable and it turned out pretty good, maybe because it cooks at low heat? The garlic smelt amazing as it slowly turned to black. We used a tablespoon of gochugaru instead of fresh chili which was the right heat level for my wife. Also had some extra green beans that we stir fried and added in. 8/10 would make it again

I picked up some fresh Shanghai noodles from the Asian (Nations here in Ontario) grocery. Will definitely do that again
