Currently I have been using king Arthur’s bread flour or Bob’s artisan bread flour. I am wanting to get into some fancy flours but not be wasting my money Recipie used: tartin bread book, basic country loaf

Simple process Mix everything, let rest for 45- 1hour Coil fold every thirty minutes 3 hours total from first mixture
