    How do you like the spider? I’ve been thinking of buying one but keeping Temps on the kittle for me has been pretty easy… I’ve done 12hr cooks on snake method.

    I also have a venom with a slow n sear xl on a 26″. Do you prefer lump or briquettes, or have you noticed a difference?

    Did you also sear with the kettle?
