Ingredients (8 servings):

Recipe number 1

6 eggs (boiled).
1 cucumber.
2 sweet peppers.
3 avocadoes.
1 cup cherry tomatoes.
Spring onions.
1 cup sunflower oil & 120 ml milk.
Salt and pepper.
3-4 garlic cloves.
1/2 lemon juice.
1 tbsp white vine vinegar.
1 tbsp white vine vinegar.

Recipe number 2.

Fresh baguette.
Olive oil.
Gril 5 mins in the oven.
6 boiled eggs.
2 avocadoes.
3-4 spring onions.
30g (1oz) parsley.
1 cup spinach.
2-3 tbsp mayonnaise.
Salt and pepper.
