Compound Butter with Garlic Confit
Compound butter to marinade Turkey, or any other poultry, in. Whole Turkey 12-14 lbs.
4 Cups of Salted butter (Room Temp)
2 Whole Cooked Medium to Large Sized Garlic Bulbs (Confit Style)
1 Cup minced Fresh Italian Parsley
1/2 Cup minced fresh Cilantro
1/4 Cup minced Fresh Thyme
1/4 Cup minced Fresh Rosemary
1/2 Juice of Lemon with Zest
1/4 Tbsp Fresh Ground Pepper
Combine all ingredients into mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
