Pumpkin cake with maple Italian buttercream

Made Stella’s pumpkin cake with the Italian maple buttercream, gave the cake a little maple bourbon soak, and topped it all with some sugared cranberries. Delicious combo but could’ve used a little more soak (and someone more skilled at icing cakes).
