Ingredients :
(Serves 4)
For Marinating Chicken:
– 250 gm Chicken (boneless)
– 1 tsp Mixed herbs
– 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
– 1 tbsp Olive Oil
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
For Mushroom sauce:
– 1 tbsp Olive Oil
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
– 1 Onion (Chopped)
– 2 cups button Mushroom (Sliced)
– 1 tbsp Mustard sauce
– 1 cup Mixture (half cup Milk + half cup Cream)
– 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
– 1 Tbsp Parsley (chopped)
– 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese
– Parshley (chopped)
Method:
For Marinating Chicken :
1. Take chicken in mixing bowl with mixed herb, and lemon pepper, Olive Oil, Garlic Paste mix it well and keep it aside.
For mushroom sauce
1. Heat olive oil in a wok, add garlic paste and saute it.
2. Then add finely chopped onion and saute it, till it becomes pink color.
3. Increase the flame and add button mushroom into it and saute it for some time.
4. Add mustard sauce and saute it,
5. Now add milk and cream mixture, salt and mix it well. Cook this for 2-3 mins.
7. Finally add parmesan cheese and parsley, mix it well.
8. Once it is cooked, your mushroom sauce is ready.
For Grilling Chicken:
1. Heat a grill Pan and put marinated chicken pieces on it. Grill them properly for 3-4 mins.
For Creamy Mushroom Chicken:
1. Pour the mushroom sauce in serving platter and add grilled chicken pieces on it.
2. Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
3. Now the creamy mushroom chicken is ready to be served.

To mix this really well since the lemon pepper mixture already has salt I’m not going to add extra salt to this Now let’s keep this aside for 10 minutes and let’s prepare the mushroom sauce for the sauce I’m going to heat a tablespoon of olive oil and once the olive oil is hot I’m going to add half a teaspoon of garlic paste just sort it for a few
Seconds I’m going to add one small onion that are finely chopped and I’m going to saute this till it’s nice soft and pink I’m not going to make it too Brown I have 2 cups of mushrooms ear button mushrooms which I have sliced I’m going to add this as well I’m going to keep the flame on a high I’m going to saute these mushrooms till they go half in quantity I’m not adding any salt because
I don’t want it to sweat and the flame is on a high as well I’m going to add a tablespoon of mustard sauce to this sort it Here I have a mixture of 1/2 cup cream and 1/2 cup milk which I’m going to add to this so it’s going to give the sauce a nice creamy texture and flavor as well I’m going to reduce the flame very little salt to this mix this well and
Cook it on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes I’m going to add a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese and a tablespoon of fresh parsley that I have chopped mix this well and a mushroom sauce is ready I’m going to keep this aside and I’m going to heat a grill pan the grill pan is nice and hot I’m going to just grill the pieces of chicken on this We’re gonna grill the marinated chicken cubes for almost three to four minutes on each side We grill this chicken on either side for three to four minutes and our chicken is also ready now let’s assemble this dish I’ve already warmed up the mushroom sauce which I’m going to pour on my serving platter and on top of this let’s place the grilled chicken pieces I’m gonna sprinkle a teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese some fresh parsley that I have chopped here and our creamy mushroom chicken is ready to be served it goes very well with Chris garlic bread so do try this recipe and let me know

Does chicken really cook in less than 4 minutes each side ? It generally takes me anywhere between 20-30 mins to cook chicken, so i am a bit worried that cooking less than 8mins might keep it raw. Any help please.
