What’s going on guys I’m back with a long awaited meal prep video the last time I meal prepped for myself was back in January of this year so if you like these types of videos and want me to make more of them don’t forget to give this video a

Like let’s start with breakfast I’m keeping it simple with boiled eggs and sausages I’m making enough eggs to have two for the next 4 days I picked up these Maple Farmer John sausages on sale for 9 go with whatever protein you prefer I’m cooking these in a

375° oven and I cooked them for about 10 minutes longer than the package saided I keep the shell on the eggs because it’s supposed to keep them fresh for longer on the days that I warm up this I will make some toast or Bagel to accompany It on to lunch I’m trying to incorporate more veggies into my diet in what better way than having a salad I’m cutting three Romain heads you can use your favorite salad mix and I’m washing the Lettuce now it’s time to chop the Cucumbers you can leave the skins on but I prefer to take them off I’m cutting them into bite-sized pieces one whole English cucumber is the perfect amount for four salads now I’m using Italian dry salami and the serving size is five pieces I’m cutting

Them into smaller pieces so it’s easier to eat now this is my first time buying marinated artichoke carts and this was a game changer in the salad I would definitely recommend adding this to your salads the salad originally has mozzarella but I think feta complement the components of this salad salad

Better to add more bulk to the salad I’m adding garbanzo beans also known as chickpeas I just drain and rinse the beans and dry them so that way they can be with the lettuce You can go with any salad dressing but I’m sticking with the classic Italian but I think that a vinegarette would work really well here too I’m going with a super easy and quick dinner everything is cooked in the the oven I’m starting with freshly washed chicken wings I’m

Seasoning them simple since I’m adding sauce at the end I’m using onion and garlic powder some salt and pepper I’m placing them on a parchment line cookie sheet just so that can be easier for clean up I cooked them for 30 minutes flipping one time at 375° then I raised the temperature to

400 until they got brown and crispy I’m trying this Korean barbecue sauce from Ki it is 30 calories per tablespoon and I’m using four tablespoons I used to eat at the kogi food trucks while in La so I knew this would be a perfect sauce to try

I’m cooking one cup of rice which is enough for four meals I washed the rice and placed it in an oven at 375° for 40 minutes I’ve been cooking my rice in the oven for a while but let me know how you cook your rice stove rice cooker or

Oven for the veggie of this meal I picked green beans I’m just cutting the ends off and giving them a good rinse I just bought this oil sprayer and it is perfect for lightly spraying oil without putting too much oil when baking things I’m cooking the green beans in the oven

But I also love cooking them on the stove since the oven was already in use I figured that would be the best method of cooking them and I’m just seasoning them easy with some onion garlic powder salt and pepper onto the snacks I want to have fruit as my snack option rather than

Chips I’m dropping up some strawberries and Kiwis into bite-sized Pieces I’m making a effort to eat more yogurt next time I will be better in bu Greek yogurt for some added protein I like these containers because it separates the fruit from the yogurt which I think helps make it last a little bit longer in the fridge they still had large watermelons at

Sam’s Club so I grabbed one and wanted to show you how I cut the fruit up you let me know if there is a better way to do this Thank you so much for sticking to the end of this m prep if you like these videos please consider subscribing and I will put some more videos up on the screen that you might like
