I’ve never done rotisserie in the oven so maybe this is a dumb question, why do you have convection on? I would think you’d want convection off to better simulate how a traditional rotisserie over a fire is getting radiant heat from a single side at a time.

For mine, the crackling is a little too burnished. Maybe go longer and lower, then 220-240c for 20-30m at the end to crackle. Don’t do the crackling at the beginning.
