Breakfast Burrito Bar I made for friends this weekend.
Don’t worry, there were eggs! I just made them to order so they wouldn’t get cold.

In addition to all the burrito fixings (hash browns, bacon, sausage, beans, sour cream, onions, salsa, avocado, eggs), there was coffee, mimosas, and homemade egg nog.
The eggs aren’t on the table because little is worse than a cold egg, so I made them to order after my guests assembled the rest of their burrito.
