I’m on a mission to track down a nostalgic hot sauce that holds a special place in my memory and dad’s heart—Jardine’s Texas Champagne. Unfortunately, it seems to have vanished from the shelves(no longer in production), and I’m determined to surprise him with a bottle for Christmas.
If any of you can help mewhere find this or have a secret stash hidden away, I would be forever grateful! 🙏
He goes to the broken spoken in Austin, Texas every single Friday and uses this as his salad dressing. It’s been this way as long as I can remember. I’m pretty sure he’s down to a bottle or two.

PS. I have contacted local specs and it seems that they do not have any on the shelve nor available for order, even though the site says otherwise.

Spec’s liquor store has some according to my buddy. If there’s one close to you give it a shot!
Edit to add: this was my Granddad’s every day carry hot sauce, so I hope you can find some for your dad! If you do, pour a little dab out for Bob-Bob for me!
Another edit: just checked their website and it shows they have it! I know where I’m going tomorrow
