red wine-beef stock braised short ribs over mirepoix, garlic, tomato, fresh thyme. gnocchi was premade, the sauce with it was the leftover braising liquid and vegetables pureed, salt, pepper, splash of sherry. almost burnt the hazelnuts. morel and jack cheese, not sure why i used it. just thought it sounded good when i was shopping yesterday. fried sage leaves are divine
