   It’s weirdly seasonal so stock up when you find it. Not really enough heat for me so I mix it with dried habanero.

   As others said, trader joes, but Flatiron Pepper Company makes a version of this too and they have good stuff

    Don’t bother with dried flakes. Buy some real fresh NM Chile. It’s the best.
