
Hi folks
I’m on vacation and (like a fool) didn’t bring my copy of The Food Lab with me. I want to add Kenji’s glazed carrots recipe to the Christmas table, but can’t recall the recipe. Is this it?

Everything about it looks right, and I do remember it having a Christmassy flavour to it, which I assume is because of the ginger – but I just don’t actually remember putting ginger in it. So I’m just wanting someone to confirm whether or not the 99% of my memory is right, please?

Then make out and give us some sort of glorious hybrid recipe. Maybe sub in stock for water, and add ginger to the kerridge recipe
